- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My wife and I were shopping for a new car because we just had a baby and we contacted around 10 dealerships and the only dealership to not draw out the negotiations or waste our time was Pacific Volkswagen, and specifically, it was Cesar Vargas who really expedited things. He offered us the best deal out of all the dealerships we spoke to and he did it within an hour. All we had to do was go and sign the papers. We were so comfortable with him that we Ubered there because we knew we were coming back in our new car. If not for Cesar I'm not sure we would be driving around in our new car because I was really getting tired of the games from all of the other dealerships.
